Cultural Exchange House: The theme of Minami Gyotoku is `Language and Cultural Exchange`, and every aspect of the house encourages this theme. With foreigners and Japanese living together, everybody is able to exchange culture in a friendly social environment. Free fun weekly activities and events are provided, including Japanese language lessons, traditional Japanese games, trips and tours around Tokyo, cherry blossom viewing, and other cultural activities. There is no better learning environment for Japanese language than living with native Japanese who also want to learn English. In addition to these programs, there is a free monthly house party where you can enjoy the social atmosphere of a share house with all of your housemates, and even meet tenants from other share houses.

In these living rooms, you are able to relax while enjoying the company of your housemates.
Affordable and Convenient: Property is five minutes away from Tozai Line Minami-Gyotoku Station. Tokyo, Ginza, Roppongi, Akihabara, Otemachi are all roughly 30 minutes away. Besides the very convenient location, rent starts from a very affordable 48,000 yen per month. The property also has such security features as a private card key.

Rental system

Minimum Lease Terms	3 months In the case of early move out under the initial 3 month contract, there will apply a contract breach penalty. After 3 months, the contract will be a basic 1-year contract with no penalties.
