Conditions
- 12months contract minimum.
- In case of canceling before the end of the contract period, the campaign must be reimbursed.
- The consideration period from house viewing (or video call) to application is within 7 days.
- The Free Rent will start within 7 days after the inspection of the form is done by the owner.
- Payment of the rent and utility during the contract shall be from the following month.
- In case the contract starts after the 20th, the following month plus the month after must be paid.
