Conditions
- 6 months or 12months contract minimum.
- From the following month after moving ¥10,000 of rebate applicable up to 12months.
- However if the moving date is from the 1st, the rebate shall be applicable from that month up to 12months.
- In case of canceling before the end of the contract period, the campaign must be reimbursed.
- The consideration period from house viewing (or video call) to application is within 7 days.
- The start date of the contract shall be within 7 days of the notification of the screening result.
- Only applies to rooms that currently available. Not applicable to rooms scheduled to be available.
- To qualify for the campaign, a deposit equivalent to 1~2 month's rent and utilities fee must be deposited in addition to the regular security deposit (Depend on house ¥30,000~¥50,000). This will be refunded when you move out.
