Points to be Noted
(1) Since the contract cannot be cancelled in the middle of the month, If you move in mid-January, the earliest you can cancel is the end of April. (Minimum contract period is 3months)
(2) Contract renewal (re-contracting) cannot be done on a tourist visa.
