Rental Process

We've outlined a few steps below as well as some things to consider before you move-in.

If you are in Japan.

01. Contact Us

If you find a property that interests you, please send us an inquiry through our website. We will check whether the community atmosphere and your preferred move-in date are a good match for the share house you selected.

    Please note:
  • House viewing appointments can be made up to one month before your desired move-in date. We are unable to schedule viewings for those who have not decided on a move-in date or for dates more than one month in advance.
  • We do not arrange viewings for multiple properties. Please narrow your options to one property before making a reservation.

02. House viewing

We will arrange an on-site viewing with our staff.
Since living in a share house involves building relationships with other residents, we will take this opportunity to discuss whether you are likely to get along with the current residents and whether our management philosophy aligns with the type of share house you are seeking.

03. Applying

If you wish to proceed after the viewing, please inform our staff.
You will be asked to submit a move-in application form and a copy of your residence card.

04. Screening

Screening usually takes 3 to 5 days

05. Securing the Room & Advance Payment

Once screening is completed, we will hold the room for you until the contract is signed.

06. Contract Signing & Key Handover at Our Office

Contract signing is conducted at our office and typically takes about 2 hours.

07. Move-in

You may move in starting from the contract commencement date.

    Please note:
  • Bringing in your belongings is also only permitted from the contract start date.
