Small community of six house members

Access: A short six minute walk from Keio Line Shibasaki Station, with convenient terminal stations of both Shinjuku Station and Meidaimae Keiou Station. Kichijouji boasts easy access to downtown areas like Shibuya and Ebisu. Scenic Nogawa river is close by, enjoy spring cherry blossoms by the cycling path, or summer fireworks by the riverside. Enjoy a residential area designed for families, with nearby facilities such as a beautiful botanical garden.
Interior: Dramatic photography highlights a nice, beautiful house. Facilities include kitchen with oven and large refrigerator, spacious living room with flat screen TV and bluray player, and full furnishings in all common areas. Private rooms, fully furnished with a closet, between 6 and 15 do (tatami mat size). Room 301 is a spacious loft style private room with skylights.
Community: Six members will share a small, tightly knit community. Additionally, every month there will be a house party. Finally, foreigners and Japanese living together will be able to exchange language and improve each other`s language abilities.

Living together with Japanese who share the same interest in language is a great way to share cultural experiences and language ability.

Held every month. You can enjoy food or drinks with your housemates, and even bring your own friends to meet the other members you live with.

Held jointly between share houses, we host events such as Cherry blossom, Halloween, Christmas and summer BBQ events.

Initial contract period	3 months * If the contract is terminated within the initial contract period, a penalty fee will be charged. * After 3 months, the contract will be for 1 year, but there is no penalty fee.
Cancellation of contract	1 month advance notice The date of the cancellation shall be the last day of the month. So please note that mid-month cancellations are not accepted.
Initial cost	Security Deposit ¥40,000 + Rent + Utilities + Contract fee ¥22,000 (tax included) + Fire insurance* * Rent and Utilities for the first month are prorated. However, if the contract start date is on or after the 20th of the month, Rent and Utilities for the following month must be paid in advance. * Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)
Monthly cost	Rent + Utilities Utilities includes, internet, gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities.
Re-contract fee	¥11,000 (tax included) The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-contract, the fee is basically paid once a year.
