Live with Scandinavian Furniture: Each room’s furniture was individually coordinated using Scandinavian style furniture. The wonderful, double-cushioned bed is so surprising with its colorful sheets. The facilities alone are enough to give it 1 rank up. The kitchen is IH-Style, equipped with a range oven capable of baking cookies. Feel safe with the push button autolock security sytem.
Regular Contracted Cleaning Service: This share house used be called CLEAN FIELD. It is named so for having contracted cleaning services done 3 times a week to keep it spick and span.
Popular station on the “Tozai Line” located nearby: On the Tozai Line are stations such as the largest Terminal station“Otemachi”, Takadanobaba Station (Access to Yamanote Line), and Nipponbashi Station (Access to Asakusa Line), making it the most convenient train route. A very attractive point being that it’s a mere 30 minutes from Kasai station to stations such as Tokyo, Ginza, Roppongi, and Akihabara.
Free Bicycle Rental: Bikes have been prepared for all House Mates. Freely take your bike to the nearby, “Kasai Rinkai Koen”. Push yourself a little harder and find yourself at Disneyland.
Rooftop Fireworks View: Do you know about the, "Fantasy in the Sky"? It’s the beautiful fireworks show for people who come to Disneyland. It can be seen from the rooftop of the Arden Higashi Kasai rooftop.

Living together with Japanese who share the same interest in language is a great way to share cultural experiences and language ability.

Held every month. You can enjoy food or drinks with your housemates, and even bring your own friends to meet the other members you live with.

Held jointly between share houses, we host events such as Cherry blossom, Halloween, Christmas and summer BBQ events.

Minimum Lease Terms	3 months In the case of early move out under the initial 3 month contract, there will apply a contract breach penalty. After 3 months, the contract will be a basic 1-year contract with no penalties.
Initial cost	Deposit ¥30,000 + Rent + Utilities + Contract fee ¥22,000 (tax included) + Fire insurance* Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)
Monthly cost	Rent + Utilities Utilities includes, internet, gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities.
Re-contract fee	¥11,000 (tax included) The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-contract, the fee is basically paid once a year.
Moving out cost	Cleaning fee ¥20,000 (tax included) Deducted from the deposit.
