Interior: The interior of the apartment is of the highest quality. All the facilities are brand new. Each private room is spacious and has closet space to store all your baggage and personal items. The living room is very stylish, and it is rare to see in a guesthouse designed for only 5 people. Of course there is also a bathroom with a shower, and two separate toilets.
Access: The Arden Koenji house is conveniently located only 2 minutes from the JR Chuo and Sobu lines (Koenji station). The Chuo line is idea for traveling into the heart of Tokyo. It is only 7 minutes for Shinjuku station. You also have direct non-stop service to other popular stations like Akihabara, Kanda, and Tokyo station that is only 18 minutes from Koenji.
Neighborhood: At Koenji, you can experience unique culture of Japan. Live shopping district are located just around the station, you can find anything you need for living at Koenji. End of August, you can watch traditional Japanese dance "Tokyo Koenji Awa Odori".

Rental system

Initial contract period	3 months * If the contract is terminated within the initial contract period, a penalty fee will be charged. * After 3 months, the contract will be for 1 year, but there is no penalty fee.
Cancellation of contract	1 month advance notice The date of the cancellation shall be the last day of the month. So please note that mid-month cancellations are not accepted.
Initial cost	Security Deposit ¥40,000 + Rent + Utilities + Contract fee ¥22,000 (tax included) + Fire insurance* * Rent and Utilities for the first month are prorated. However, if the contract start date is on or after the 20th of the month, Rent and Utilities for the following month must be paid in advance. * Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)
Monthly cost	Rent + Utilities Utilities includes, internet, gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities.
Re-contract fee	¥11,000 (tax included) The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-contract, the fee is basically paid once a year.
