Access: Enjoy convenient train access, with both Tsudanuma Station on the JR Sobu Line and Tsudanuma Kyousei on the Keisei Line only a nine minute walk away. This location is only 29 minutes from Tokyo station, and since JR Tsudanuma is the starting station for the Sobu line, you will be able to get a seat on the train every day. If you take the Keisei Line, the terminal station Ueno is also conveniently accessed without any transfers.
Area: The area around Tsudanuma is also very lively, making sure you will never lack for activities or places to go. Aeon Jusco shopping centre, Ito Yokado grocery, Don Quixote, and other shopping centres and malls popular with a younger generation exist in abundance here. Right past the Aeon building lies Arden Tsudanuma house.
Interior: Arden Tsudanuma is our first house to offer a Share Style cooking community, with the house theme of "Let's Cook!". Eating food together is more fun, and sharing can make it cheaper for everybody. Not just culinary delights, but international television programming is available on our large 50-inch HDTV, including sports and movie programming. All rooms in this house are private, with plenty of space and closets. Move right in with plenty of luggage, because there is plenty of storage and all the rooms are fully furnished with desk, chair, bed and shelving. Our guest houses are ready for you from the first day.
Live with Japanese: Arden share houses provide a unique opportunity to engage in cultural exchange and communication between tenants. Home Language Exchange

Living together with Japanese who share the same interest in language is a great way to share cultural experiences and language ability.

Held every month. You can enjoy food or drinks with your housemates, and even bring your own friends to meet the other members you live with.

Inter-House Events

Held jointly between share houses, we host events such as Cherry blossom, Halloween, Christmas and summer BBQ events.

Rental system

Minimum Lease Terms	3 months In the case of early move out under the initial 3 month contract, there will apply a contract breach penalty. After 3 months, the contract will be a basic 1-year contract with no penalties.
Initial cost	Deposit ¥40,000 + Rent + Utilities + Contract fee ¥22,000 (tax included) + Fire insurance* Fire insurance is required (for the insurance company introduced by us: ¥10,000 per year)
Monthly cost	Rent + Utilities Utilities includes, internet, gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities.
Re-contract fee	¥11,000 (tax included) The first payment is due in the third month, but after re-contract, the fee is basically paid once a year.
