This is a penthouse residence located in downtown Shinjuku, one of the most convenient areas of Tokyo. In the 1-chome area, it is a mere 2 minute walk to the Marunouchi station. It is also 6 to 8 minutes away from Akasaka, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro.
Many of us have to endure working until late hours. Commuting, shopping and eating also consume a lot of valuable time. All these things are readily available in the Shinjuku area. This is a highly convenient guest house in centralized Shinjuku, giving you the status of high-living in a normally expensive area for an affordable price.
The rooms are very spacious, up to 13 square meters, allowing plenty of room for guests and furniture. The rooms can also be shared between two people.
